Vietnam, China step up to share experience in economic development

The Hanoitimes – Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue received Secretary of the municipal Party Committee of Shanghai Han Zheng in Hanoi on May 13 during his working visit to Vietnam. At the reception, Deputy Prime Minister (PM) Vuong Dinh Hue appreciated the outcome of the talks between Secretary of HCM City Party Committee Dinh La Thang and the Chinese guest. The Deputy PM believed that relations between the two cities of Shanghai and HCM City will positively contributed to the traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and China in the coming time. The Chinese metropolis has achieved remarkable outcomes in socio-economic development and urban planning, Hue noted. During the meeting, Deputy PM Vuong Dinh Hue suggested that Vietnamese localities and China’s Shanghai should boost the exchange of delegations and experiences in economic management and development as well as in planning. The Deputy PM also called on Shanghai’s businesses to invest more their projects and seek cooperation opportunities in Vietnam, especially in fields of two sides’ strengths.
