The National Weather Service in Pueblo has issued a flash flood warning for west central El Paso County, including Colorado Springs and the Broadmoor area, until 6 p.m. Street flooding was reported in some areas, and locations that were expected to be impacted included Stratmoor. Colorado Parks and Wildlife, as well as local authorities, closed sections of the Arkansas after a Texas man died rafting it last week.
