The strike by British Airways pilots took another step forward when the airline lost a bid for a court injunction against the industrial action. Reuters UK reports that the U.K. High Court found that the union had issued the ballot for the strike vote correctly, and that therefore the result could stand. Britain's Information Commissioner proposed the fine on Monday, months after BA revealed it had been the victim of a hack.
