IF there's one thing we can all be certain of, it's that at some point we will die. And for most people, the mere prospect of death is a scary one. But now, people who've suffered near death experiences 'NDEs' , have revealed what it's really like to 'die', and why it should put your mind at rest for when your turn comes around. A study published by researchers at NYU Grossman School of Medicine in the US, looked at people who had survived cardiac arrests . The medics found that commonly, those who had NDEs said they would have "unique lucid experiences". The survivors said these ranged from a feeling of being separated from the body to being able to observe ongoing events without feeling any distress. But dentists have warned that you might actually be cleaning your teeth wrong , increasing your risk of potentially life-threatening illness. While most people know they need to brush their nashers twice a day in order to avoid poor oral hygiene, one expert said many forget to floss . Guidance from the NHS states that flossing is important as it can remove bits of food from between your teeth , preventing gum disease . Dr Sameer Patel explained that flossing also removes plaque from below the gumline, which can erode tooth enamel and cause tartar. Fears for beachgoers as ‘6ft SHARK washes up on popular UK shore’
FEARS for beachgoers have been growing after a “6ft shark” washed up on a popular UK shore. The beast was found earlier today on Lepe beach, part of the country park on the Solent in southwest Hampshire . It was initially found alive, according to a Facebook post by British Big Game Fishing, but it now appears to have died after getting stranded on the shore. Speculation has started as to exactly what type of shark it is but so far it has not been properly identified. One commentator wrote on the site: “Looks exhausted.
