A WOMAN convinced a £22million lottery winner that she was writing a book about his amazing life - but she was then jailed for his murder. Dorice Donegan "Dee Dee" Moore, 49, is serving time behind bars for the 2009 murder of 42-year-old Abraham Lee Shakespeare, the winner of the lottery prize. Shakespeare had let Moore into his life thinking she was planning to write a book about him. Instead, she convinced the man to let her manage his finances. Moore allegedly withdrew £750,000 from bank accounts belonging to Shakespeare and purchased various cars and vacations. Then, the man was allegedly found dead, buried under concrete in the yard of a home purchased by Moore. The woman, who is serving her life sentence at Lowell Correctional Institution in Ocala, Florida, believes lottery winners should have their identity shielded for at least six months. A WOMAN faces forking out £300 to demolish her driveway fence after the council found her in breach of planning rules - even though there are "hundreds of others just like it". Corinne Winslett says her neighbours complained the wooden structure "blocked the view" and should be shortened or torn down. The local authority agreed she didn't have the correct permission and ordered her to rectify the issue. Corinne claims she can't afford the £300 demolition fee, nor the cost to appeal the council's order or apply for approval, so is prepared to fight the battle in court. The homeowner , from Lliswerry, Newport, told WalesOnline : "The only avenues I have are to apply for planning permission at £460 or pay the gentleman who built the fence to take it down, but that would cost me £300.
