RUSSIAN President Vladimir Putin appeared dazed as he spluttered and retched in meeting amid chemotherapy rumours. Putin 's health rumours have further intensified as now it is claimed that the tyrant is currently undergoing chemo treatment . The 69-year-old looked dazed and bloated as he sat across from defence giant Sergey Chemezov. The clip, broadcast on Russian state TV, shows the leader with his chin resting on his chest and his hands gripping the table during the talks with his former KGB pal . At several points in the video, Putin is seen retching and seems unable to speak properly, the Mirror UK reports. A Russian political science professor has claimed the war in Ukraine could simply be a 'rehearsal' for a bigger conflict, allowing Russia 's military to test and compare its firepower with that of NATO . Alexei Fenenko, an associate professor at Moscow State University's school of world politics and a research fellow at the Institute of International Security Studies, made the incredible claim yesterday during a talk show on Kremlin-controlled TV channel Russia One. 'I think the war in Ukraine... is a rehearsal for a possible larger conflict in the future. We are testing our weapons against those of NATO, we will find out how much stronger our weapons are than theirs,' the professor declared. As the Russian invasion of Ukraine grinds on Vladimir Putin is becoming increasingly paranoid, rarely going to his office at the Kremlin. One expert has even claimed that his behaviour has become similar to that of Adolf Hitler towards the end of the Second World War. Although the Russian president has long been very conscious of security, the invasion of Ukraine has seen his paranoia reach entirely new levels, according to Professor Mark Galeotti, the Mirror reports . Putin no longer travels regularly to his Kremlin office, preferring instead to work from the mansion located on his summer estate at Novo-Ogaryovo located west of Moscow. An incredibly rare Tintin comic book has been sold for £61,050 after sending bidders into a frenzy online. The 1943 alternative edition of the Tintin story 'L’lle Noire' (The Black Island), raked up dozens of bids - with collectors offering huge sums to secure the incredibly scarce copy. It's so rare that there are only three known copies left in the world. In fact, according to Patrick Vranken, comic book expert at auctioneers Catawiki , it's not 'just' a comic book. THE Royal Family is helping Ukrainian refugees find safe homes in Britain — including on the Queen’s Balmoral estate. The royals have opened the doors to some of the thousands of properties they own or manage across the country. But the refugees have not been moved into palaces or with the royals because of “security implications”. A source told The Sun on Sunday: “All royal households have been involved in helping find accommodation for refugees.” Senior Buckingham Palace sources refuse to reveal where any Ukrainian refugees are housed to protect their identity and security.
