The Hollywood star of "27 Dresses" and "Westworld" fame is ready to collect the rent. Yup, James Marsden , who got his start in the "X-Men" franchise movies, has listed his tidy Studio City, CA , pad for $6,595 a month. Marsden's roles in a range of projects, including "The Notebook" and "Superman Returns," cemented his celebrity status. The 49-year-old purchased the "starter home" in 1998 for $454,000, Forbes reported. The three-bedroom, two-bath house is spread over 1,600 square feet and offers original hardwood floors and slate under foot. Take a look! New research by packing provider Moverly revealed which homes have been listed for the longest time across each area of the British housing market. A SAVVY homeowner has revealed how she rented the upstairs of her house to pay off her mortgage, which has divided opinion online. TikToker @vay.namae filmed the short clip exposing her housing hack, which has gone viral on social media . In the video, the US woman started by re-enacting a common scenario where her friends asked her how much she paid to live in the home. In which, she later replied: "I pay $100 a month to live here." Vayna said her repayments on the house always left people gobsmacked.
