A woman has been slammed after ordering strangers to send her £200 to cover the costs of her dog's birthday party - and complaining when she is sent just £55. Wanting to throw her dog a party to remember, the woman logged on to a 'generous group' on Facebook and explained how she has been struggling with her finances since the Covid-19 pandemic hit. She asked group members to all chip in so she could spend £200 on a lavish birthday party for her dog - but things quickly backfired when she came to thank them for their generosity. She said: "Damn I really wish I got more. I'm super grateful for what I got 100 per cent but I only got £55 out of what I needed". A cheeky woman hoping to leave a lasting impression on her work pals has made sure she will never be forgotten after handing over an unusual leaving cake. Veterinary nurse Crissy Lister shocked pals when she gifted them a cake that looked just like a used cat litter tray. The life-like bake served in a real litter tray, looked so repulsive one worker even refused to try it. Crissy, 31, delivered the treat on her last day at West Mount Vets in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Having often taken her three-year-old puss to work with her as an emotional support animal, she wanted to incorporate her furry friend into her farewell cake. Luca Zaia, whose region in northeast Italy borders the Dolomite mountain range including the Marmolada glacier. He spoke in the resort town of Canazei, where a morgue was set up in the ice rink.
