Last week TV presenter Eamonn Holmes caused controversy when he talked about being bullied at school and encouraged children to 'punch first'. He made the comments when WAG Bianca Austin, the wife of former Southampton striker Charlie Austin, divided the internet after praising her daughter for punching another student who had been tormenting her. As a psychiatrist, I'd never advocate violence in any form. It's not the answer. Dialogue and communication are far more important. By responding with violence, you debase yourself and bring yourself down to the level of the bully. It also doesn't really address the issue — it often just means the bully moves on to someone else. What's more, bullies, especially children, while understandably vilified, are often dealing with very complex issues themselves. Ray Liotta has been the victim of Facebook hacking, with trolls taking over the late actor's social media account and sharing death hoaxes and links to fake news articles. Representatives for the Goodfellas star, who died last May aged 67 , say they have been working closely with Facebook to try and resolve the problem. Ray's page was recently flooded with links to fake stories about celebrities including Bruce Willis , Ellen DeGeneres and Arnold Schwarzenegger . His team thought they had resolved the issue last week, but hackers shortly returned to share graphic adult content on Ray's page. The posts have since been removed. It is currently unknown who is behind the hacking. A paedophile policeman who groomed and 'pressured' a 14-year-old girl into having sex with him and possessed sexually explicit images of babies has been jailed for five years. Disgraced PC Hussain Chehab, 22, who has since been dismissed from the Metropolitan Police , deliberately targeted his victim and had sex with her despite her asking him to stop, a court heard. He first contacted the child on Instagram - initially posing as a 16-year-old Russian boy - around a year before he joined the force. Chehab, who was posted at a secondary school in north London during his short-lived service in the Met, entered a relationship with his victim and first had sex with her in an abandoned factory.
