Mueller testimony was just a political stuntRe “Mueller defends probe’s findings” (July 25): Am I the only one disgusted with the state of our government?The Mueller testimony was nothing but a day of “grandstanding” by politicians. Their questions included commentaries of their opinions, presumptions of how “they think” it should be answered and summaries, again, stating their opinion regardless of the Mueller report or his testimony.Initially, the investigation had merit. But after two years, it has become a mockery. Politicians made their conclusions two years ago and are still as entrenched as ever. Further, they stated “the American people want to know.” Perhaps, but how do they know? My letters to Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris are answered with form letters and donation forms.
