A man who quit his high-flying job for a quiet life in a seaside town has said he's "so much happier now" after settling down with a woman he met online. Richard Fergie helped to build the award-winning chain of American-style restaurants named Monterey Jack's, and despite being honoured with several accolades in his role - which saw him oversee more than 150 staff at 12 sites throughout Scotland - the man was left struggling as the pressure left him unable to sleep. Teniola Ramos, a university student, dishes the dirt on what it was like working behind the scenes at Tesco. "I worked at Tesco for three months so that you don't have to," she said before delving into what helped her survive the job. Tips to survive Most retail jobs are stressful but Teniola reveals there are some easy ways to unleash your anger while on the job. "When I was super stressed I would head to the rice aisle and get a crushable bags of microwave rice and I would just squeeze it like a stress ball," she explains.
