(CNN) Five state-owned Chinese companies, including the country's leading energy and chemical company, have chosen to delist from the New York Stock Exchange by the end of August. In separate statements issued Friday, China Life Insurance, PetroChina, Sinopec, Aluminum Corporation of China and Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical said they had notified the NYSE and applied for "voluntary delisting." All five companies cited "low turnover in the US" and "high administrative burden and costs" as their reason for the departure. A Colorado Springs man has been sentenced to more than 21 years in federal prison for robbing four Front Range banks . Jared Lincoln Fitzgerald, 46, was sentenced on Wednesday, by Senior Judge Christine M. Arguello, to 262 months, according to a U.S. Attorney’s Office , District of Colorado news release. He was also sentenced to five years of supervised release. As part of a plea agreement, Fitzgerald was found guilty of four counts of bank robbery, including one with force.
