According to an expert, plonking ourselves on the loo in a seated position can actually prevent our bodies from getting rid of poo . Instead, we should find a way to squat. Georgia Reupert-Allen, a physiotherapist and women's health expert, has shared some tips to help us find the ideal pooing position. Channel 5 newscaster Dan Walker gave his Twitter followers a health update after he was involved in a horrific bike accident earlier this week. The 45-year-old shared a snap of his pet dog, Winnie with a message to his 794K Twitter followers. "Winnie hasn’t left my side this week. She’s the best," he started.
