He has since been struggling with aphasia which affected his ability to speak and write. But this hasn't stopped him from dedicating his time to creating an immersive, electric and whimsical art space - all in his own barn. Barclays has announced plans to shut 14 more branches across the country. The latest wave of closures affecting banks in England and Wales is set to take place in June in another blow to the high street, with more and more firms relying on the internet to provide their services. This comes following the announcement that an additional 55 branches would close their doors by the end of 2023, five of which have already shut – meaning at least 69 branches will shut this year alone. Map of Antipolo City LUCENA CITY – Police anti-narcotics operatives seized over P3 million worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) from two alleged “high-value” targets in the government’s illegal drug war in Antipolo City, Rizal province early Monday, March 27. Col. Dominic Baccay, Rizal police chief, said Frenlie Paolo Valledor, 36, and Ailyn Daep, 46, both local residents, were arrested at 4:41 a.m. after they allegedly sold shabu to a poseur buyer in Barangay (village) Dalig. The operatives confiscated from the suspects four plastic sachets and five knot-tied plastics containing shabu weighing a total of 500 grams. The illegal drugs have an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P3,400,000. Baccay lauded the operatives behind the successful operation against illegal drug traffickers in the province.
