The six-year-plus run of “DJ’s Dance n Drive” street party that offered daily shows since the June 2012 debut of Cars Land played its final performance on Sunday, according to a report by WDW Disney Today. Lewis The Detroit News Published 3:59 PM EST Dec 18, 2018 Road contractors will not be hit with fines for construction work expected to linger into the height of winter as result of a three-week work stoppage earlier this year. The Snyder administration and the Michigan Department of Transportation hinted at the possibility of fines and penalties in September if contractors were not able to complete projects on time. But MDOT spokesman Jeff Cranson confirmed to The Detroit News that “there are no fines” being issued as result of the extended construction season following the labor dispute between the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association and Operating Engineers Local 324.
