The pea-sized capsule, which contains a small amount of the radioactive isotope ceasium-137, was lost around two weeks ago during a journey from Rio Tinto’s Gudai-Darri mine in the Pilbara region and a storage depot in the city of Perth. Russian president Vladimir Putin could be gearing up the Russian military for an anniversary offensive that would deploy 500,000 Russian troops. The 70-year-old despot is allegedly set to "gain the world's attention", in an eerie statement delivered earlier by the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergei Lavrov. His claims coincide with the upcoming anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine , which will mark its first year of full-blown conflict on February 24. When there is a lack of depth and the game of life is played mostly at the surface, we will not only see but will be swayed by distractions and disruptions. Like bamboo, the winds and rains most affect us. I would like to focus on the inner layers of life, too. Unfortunately, when the vast majority of Filipinos are hovering in the dimensions of survival and security, the inner dynamics will often be unnoticed. In fact, one most important reason why peace and prosperity are at the top of the universal wish list is that stability and abundance naturally open the doors for the subtle and artistic. Peace and prosperity, however, have a hollow ring to them from over-use without corresponding affirmation. UKRAINE has said they need an arsenal of new weapons to finally defeat Russia as its feared Vladimir Putin is gearing up for the next phase of his invasion. President Volodymyr Zelensky has repeatedly called for more arms to bolster his forces as they bravely stand up against Moscow. While the West is handing over tanks, missiles and other weapons, Ukraine fears it may not be enough to completely beat Putin . Kyiv has previously estimated that they need up to 500 tanks, 200 warplanes, 1,000 artillery pieces, 1,000 drones and 300 missile launchers. Modern tanks have been the latest weapons earmarked with be sent - with Ukraine due to receive Challenge 2s, Leopard 2s and M1 Abrams vehicles. The West is due to deliver 321 tanks to Ukraine.
