STRICTLY Come Dancing’s Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman are celebrating signing a new two-year contract to host the show. The duo are thought to have hammered out an even bigger six-figure deal to return to the BBC1 dance contest , which they have fronted together since 2014. It is likely to see them soar even higher up the list of the BBC ’s biggest earners with Tess, 53 , and Claudia, 51 , already believed to be getting a combined wage from the corporation of more than £300,000 . A TV insider said: “Beeb chiefs absolutely love Tess and Claudia and wouldn’t dream of ever losing them. "They are especially proud of the fact that they have two women hosting a show on a Saturday and Sunday on prime time BBC1. In photos obtained by the Daily Mail , the 2018 Strictly Come Dancing star and her mum were walking in London, with Stacey wearing a black hoodie, brown camouflage trousers and dark sunglasses. SIMON Cowell was set alight by a masked performer at today's Britain's Got Talent auditions, according to reports. The music and TV mogul, who voluntarily took part in the act, had no idea his head was going to be engulfed in flames, nor did the audience who screamed in terror. One member told the Mirror : "The audience screamed, judges were out of their seats screaming, everyone was totally stunned. The flames were put out and Simon got up looking a bit shell-shocked while the rest of the judges breathed a sigh of relief as he returned to the panel." The 63-year-old's head was covered with a black hood onstage and a magician place it inside a box before dousing him with lighter fluid. The performer then dropped a lit match into the box and the hood went up in flames. Simon casually played it down after the lucky escape. Britain’s Got Talent descended into chaos when judge Simon Cowell was reportedly set on fire by a brave contestant. The former X Factor boss was taken on stage by a mysterious, mute and masked magician where he was instructed to sit in a chair with a hood over his head as a London audience looked on.
