LOVE Island bombshell Spencer Wilks has been accused of breaking the show's ban on having official accounts run by their friends or family. This year ITV announced that family and friends are now forbidden from posting on their social media accounts during the show, instead accounts will be dormant. All contestants have since changed their bio on Instagram to “I’m off to find love in the Love Island villa. See you soon!" But last night a new account popped up for Spencer, which says it is run by his closest mates. Fans questioned if this was bending the rules, but technically friends are allowed to set up independent accounts. SAS: WHO DARES WINS has shaken things up with a brand new location for this year's series – and fans all say the same thing about it. Jason 'Foxy' Fox was reunited with Rudy Reyes, Billy Billingham MBE and newest recruit Chris Oliver for the series, with 20 new recruits looking to pass the course. Making sure the show covers all kinds of terrains to keep the recruits on their toes, this series relocated for the first time to Ninh Binh, Vietnam – known for its humidity and one of the toughest environments faced by Special Forces operatives. Participants will endure waterfalls, treacherous jungles, rivers and lakes under pressure - not to mention mosquitoes and bugs that are all to eager to bite. By the end of the second day, all of the recruits were sporting nasty injuries – with one even having a rash across the bum from a series of vicious bites. LOVE Island's sexy Hideaway will finally open tonight - giving one couple the chance to spend the night alone. Friday's episode of Love Island will kick off with the Islanders receiving a text telling them to nominate two of the stars to explore the luxury space, complete with a plunge pool and candlelit terrace. The Sun previously got a first look at the Hideaway - now known as the Retreat - and its safe to say whoever ends up in there will not be bored. There's a vibrant pink and blue colour scheme with the instruction to "Get sexy" on the wall in neon light. One new addition is a cupboard "stocked up with naughty things" which producers have dubbed "fun time". Though the big camera hanging precariously above the headboard is a constant reminder that they are being watched and could lead to performance issues. LOVE Island fans have called for an "abusive" star to be booted out of the villa after his ex reveals "constant bullying". Viewers of the ITV2 show took to Twitter after last night's episode to call for one of the new boys to be sent home. Love Island a number of new bombshells enter the villa last week, including former Australian contestant Aaron Waters . But the TV star has already rubbed fans up the wrong way, who are calling for him to be axed from the programme. VERA fans were all left saying the same thing as they spotted a member of Brenda Blethyn's 'family' during the latest episode. The popular North East-based ITV drama finished its eleventh series last night but not without one last treat for its loyal viewers. In the episode, DCI Stanhope was back solving a brand new case alongside her right hand man Aiden Healy, played by Kenny Doughty. But it was a scene when Vera was in her office chatting to Mark Edwards (Riley Jones) that left fans distracted online. In the scene, eagle-eyed viewers noticed that the photo of a dog on Mark's desk was actually that of Brenda 's real-life dog, Jack. SAS: Who Dares Wins Jungle Hell returns tonight with another series of gruelling challenges - and instructor Rudy Reyes warns contestants it could "kill" them. In the eighth series, a new group of recruits face the toughest challenge of their life, in one of the toughest environments faced by Special Forces operatives.
