Greater Anglia announced it had needed to cancel this evening’s timetable on the line and operate a bus replacement service. “Due to more trains than usual needing repairs at the same time between Ipswich and Felixstowe all lines are closed,” a spokesman said. “Train services running to and from these stations have been cancelled. ‘Timekeeper’ recalls working in Detroit train station during WWII

Except this time, she’s on the 13th floor, five floors above payroll where she worked from 1942 until 1948. And she’s 96. And she’s a celebrity. “Did you used to work here?” one woman asks. “Are you Mrs. Ford?” another passerby wants to know of the woman traveling with her own entourage and followed by a photographer and columnist. And that was how it was as Lucy Tracz joined thousands of tourists, residents and former employees who walked through the cavernous station the Ford Motor Company bought to restore as a hub for its autonomous mobility operations. REGIONAL: Woman dies after being hit by train at Winchester
0 Have your say A woman has died after being hit by a train near Winchester station, Emergency services were called to an area of line close to the station shortly before 11.45am today, to reports that a person had been struck by a train. Officers from the British Transport Police (BTP) and paramedics from South Central Ambulance Service attended the scene but the woman was pronounced dead.
