Two puppies have been rescued after being abandoned in a car in a supermarket car park. Concerns were raised about the puppies who were shut inside a crate in the back of a car parked in the car park at Tesco in Caterham. RSPCA animal rescue officer, Chloe Wilson said: “People were concerned about the puppies who’d been shut inside the car which had been left unattended for some time. “Witnesses say the car had been there since the previous day so we believe they may have been inside for at least 24 hours. “Local vets were able to attend and get the puppies out via a partially open window and took them to their clinic to check them over. Woman keeps McDonald’s burger bag in car for two years to remember special last moment
The pain of losing a pet is like losing a family member, and it can be incredibly hard to cope with the grief . One owner who knows the heartache only too well is Stephanie Painter, 25, from Virginia, US, after losing her dog Chevy two years ago. Labrador cross Chevy was suddenly diagnosed with fatal bone cancer in March 2020 and passed away just six days later by her side. Stephanie planned the most perfect final day on earth and treated Chevy to a McDonald's burger for his last supper. Afterwards, she couldn't bear to part with the brown paper bag and kept it in her car boot as a memento, before finally framing it on his shrine. A WOMAN has sparked debate online by asking her husband to cancel the holiday he has been arranging with his friends for four years. In a post on Reddit , the 21-year-old woman explained how her husband and his friends have had to postpone their much-anticipated trip several times, but are now finally able to go. However, the time the man and his pals are now hoping to go on away falls very close to the due date for the woman's first baby. She has asked him to cancel the trip once again, stating that she doesn't want to go through the birth on her own. The man however has insisted that it is not that big of a deal for him to miss the birth , and said that the birth of his son from a previous relationship, "only took an hour". The woman wrote: "My husband (27) been planning a trip for about 4 years with some close friends, the trip kept being postponed due to some of his friends having family deaths, financial issues and unfortunate world events.
