close Video Why prosecutors charged Alec Baldwin Did they overreach in the movie-shooting tragedy? Convicting Alec Baldwin on involuntary manslaughter charges could prove to be an "uphill battle," according to legal experts. Bankman-Fried, 30, has been under confinement at his parents' home in Palo Alto, California, since pleading not guilty earlier this month to charges against him.
