“[B]efore 2014 Liday’s $3,000 per month salary ($692.31 per week) legally compensated her for whatever total number of hours she worked, be it 20, 45, or 80 hours per week. The only limitation the law placed on Liday’s salary was that it must compensate her at least at the minimum wage rate of $8 per hour for every hour she worked. Hall, a Springs native, will focus on business litigation, constitutional law, school law, church law and employment. He had been a partner with the Phoenix-based law firm of Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, where he worked for 18 years.
